1. [Ready Stock] How long does it take to ship out my package?

• For custom orders, processing time takes anywhere from 1 to 1.5 months. 

2. Why does one set consist of 14 nails instead of 10?

We offer 14 nails per set instead of 10 for more flexibility and options. This way, you can mix and match designs, replace a nail if needed, and find the perfect fit without worrying about standard sizing limitations.

Measurements are provided in the product descriptions for convenience. However, we understand that 14 nails may not fit everyone perfectly. If these sizes don't work for you, please feel free to drop us a message for a custom order tailored to your exact measurements!

3. Can I customize the size to my sizing or do you only have fixed sizes?

While 14 nail sets are created for convenience, the sizes may not fit everyone. Do drop us a message for a custom order tailored to your exact measurements!

4. If I order now can I receive it tomorrow?

If you need your nails urgently, do send us a message on Instagram along with your order number for us to send your nails over through Lalamove or Grab*! Please note that urgent orders only apply to ready stocks.

*Delivery fees are covered by the customer. 

5. [CUSTOM ORDERS] Can you make my set exactly like pictured?

Unfortunately not. Many of the nail design images circulated on social media are often filtered or heavily edited, resulting in a final look that may differ from the original design. While we strive to replicate the essence of these designs to the best of our ability, it is important to note that exact replication may not always be achievable. 

6. How long is the processing time for custom orders?

The processing time for custom orders may take anywhere from 1 to 1.5 months from the day of payment. We do not take rushed custom orders. If you have an event coming up, do let us know at least 2 months before. If you are eager to receive a set of nails sooner, do check out our collection of ready-made designs 🫶🏻

7. Are there any limitations when wearing press-on nails? (e.g. swimming or water-related activities)

While there are no limitations when wearing press-on nails, we strongly recommend limiting the time spent doing these activities for maximum wear. 

8. How long can press-on nails last for?

Each customer's lifestyle is different, but our press-on nails can last anywhere from 3 days (jelly tabs) to 2 weeks (nail glue) with proper care and maintenance. 

9. Are your nails reusable?

With the right care, our nails are designed to last for an extended time. 

10. How do I apply and remove press-on nails?

11. What is the return policy?

Due to hygiene purposes and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. 

12. I measured my nails wrong. Can I return the nails?

Since the nails are custom-made to your measurements, we do not accept returns and refunds for wrong measurements. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect measurements and no refunds will be made. If you are in between nail sizes, please size up! That way, you can file it down to your actual size.
